Previous Experience

Rick Montgomery is a Stanford University graduate, who went on to Hastings Law School where he graduated as a member of the Thurston Society, Order of the Coif, was among the top ten graduates in his law school class, and was Managing Editor of the Hastings Law Review.

He was a founding partner of Fell, Marking, Abkin, & Montgomery, where he headed their civil litigation department for nearly four decades, before founding Montgomery Law.

As a trial lawyer, he has litigated a huge number of complex legal cases.
